If any clause or provision of those Terms and Conditions is set to get unlawful, invalid or unenforceable or capable of termination by a party in any jurisdiction by which these Conditions and terms are to work, then these clause or provision are going to be construed, into the extent possible, to render the clause or provision enforceable.
